DAYCARE, BOARDING & GROOMING RATES
DAYCARE
$48 Full Day (Up to 10 Hours)
$37 Half Day (3-6 hours)
$25 Quarter Day (3 Hours or less)
$10 Extended Day Fee (Over 10 Hours).
Extended Day Fee is waived for pass and membership holders.
Last drop off for daycare is 5:00pm on weekdays, 2:00pm on weekends and holidays.
BOARDING
$75 per night 1-14 Nights
$70 per night 14+ Nights
Drop off by noon on day of overnight, pick up by noon on day of pick up. Dogs are welcome to stay until close of business on their pick up day at daycare rates after 12:00pm.
There is no additional charge for daytime play during a boarding stay.
*15% off daycare & boarding services for additional dogs in the same family or on same bill.
HOLIDAY BOARDING
$85 per night Holiday Rates apply for all dates noted below.
Easter Weekend (April 18th, 19th, 20th)
Memorial Day Weekend (May 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th)
July 4th (July 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th)
Labor Day (August 3oth, 31st, September 1st)
Thanksgiving (November 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th)
Christmas and New Years (December 21st – January 2nd)
Daycare Hours and Boarding Pick Up Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm on Holidays and the preceding day. Other shortened days may be announced.
LATE PICK UP AND EARLY DROP OFF FEES
Business hours are 6:30am to 8:00pm Mon-Fri and 8:00am to 5:00pm Sat, Sun, and Holidays
15-minute grace period with no charge
Late pickup with notice given before the grace period ends – $5 per 30 minutes
Late pickup with no notice before the grace period ends – $10 per 30 minutes
Hard pickup cutoff at 10:00pm. Dogs not picked up by 10pm must board overnight at standard rates.
UNEXPECTED OVERNIGHT FEE
If receive no notice by 10:00 PM that your dog will stay overnight, an unexpected overnight charge will apply in addition to any applicable late pickup fees:

BOARDING DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
DEPOSITS
All boarding reservations require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit equals 25% of the total boarding stay and is applied toward the final bill at checkout.
Deposits are not required for boarding package holders; late cancellation policies apply instead.
CANCELLATIONS
If a reservation is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be returned as an account credit. (48 hours for stays that include holiday nights)
Cancellations made after these windows will forfeit the deposit.
For boarding package holders, late cancellations will incur a fee equal to 25% of the total boarding stay.
SHORTENED STAY
A shortened stay without at least 24 hours’ notice is treated as a late cancellation. One remaining night from the reservation will be charged.
FEEDING
$0 Morning and Night Feedings Included with Boarding at No Additional Charge* We do not feed lunch unless your dog is under 6 months old or under special veterinary instruction.
*Any feeding with Hounds Club “House Dog Food” will be charged an additional $2 per cup or partial cup.
SEPARATE FEEDING – $5 per meal
Applied when a dog must be fed separately due to resource guarding or food aggression.
If food aggression is severe enough to impact staff safety or operations, the dog may not be eligible for boarding.
COMPLICATED MEALS – $2 per meal
During holiday periods, this applies to meals involving multiple items, heating, thawing, or other special preparation, or perishable components that cannot be prepped in advance.
GROOMING
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all grooming appointments and is applied toward the final bill.
If an appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be returned as an account credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
PRE-BOOKING DISCOUNT
Clients who book their next grooming appointment at the time of their current appointment, or who maintain an automatic grooming schedule, receive 10% off their next grooming service.
