Our dog Baby Girl just had her first daycare at Hounds Club and we couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic - great parking, easy to get to, spacious and I love the windows inside where you can see the daycare area. We had tried another company prior and we weren’t thrilled with the experience and are so relieved to have been recommended Hounds Club, the difference was night and day. They were thorough with our dogs temperament test and the fact Ben got down on the ground to meet our dog and interact with her just showed how much they care. During her test how they brought out a dog one by one to hang with our dog was just another attention to care I loved to see. We had wanted to book a boarding the next day but he explained that with her slight nervousness it’d be best to wait and that dogs have to have a couple hours of daycare first before boarding, he was in tune with our dog’s best interests and it was certain things like that that were such green flags, it showed how much they care and pay attention to your dog and really want what’s best for them. We did daycare the next day rather than boarding and Baby Girl had such a fantastic time, I love that there are cameras to watch on the website. She came home so happy and tired. The other place we tried she smelled really bad when we picked her up. Overall I’m just very impressed by their whole operation, it’s all set up perfectly and the level of care is above and beyond. I have total peace of mind leaving our dog in their care
