Happy New Year!
As we step into 2025, we’re excited to share that we’re making some big changes at The Hounds Club. A few of them you may have already noticed when you’ve been in, like our new Silent Doorbell or our growing menu of experiences, and more are on the way. Altogether, these updates feel like a refresh, bringing new systems, new offerings, and new ways to make your dog’s time with us even better while making your life easier too.
“Goose” Is Here, Starting January 21
One of the biggest pieces of these improvements is Goose, our new operating system and client portal. Goose is designed specifically for the kind of scheduling, communication, and flexibility The Hounds Club needs.
Here’s what Goose will allow you to do:
• Make and manage reservations for boarding, grooming, and daycare
• Cancel or adjust existing reservations as needed
• Complete bookings with required deposits for boarding and grooming
• Choose services and experiences for your dog’s stay
• Update personal information and contact details
• Manage dog profiles, credit cards, and emergency contacts
• Receive clear confirmations for all reservations
• Communicate easily with our team through built-in two-way texting
There isn’t much you need to do right away beyond swiping your credit card the next time you’re in so it can be saved in the new system. Going forward, Goose will be how all reservations are handled as we move away from phone and email scheduling, so we encourage you to log into your profile to get started. When logging in, simply enter the email you have on file with us. Goose will send you a one-time access code. No password is required.

Monthly Memberships
We’re excited to begin offering monthly memberships, starting with our new 4-Day Monthly Membership. This is our first step into tiered monthly options and is designed to give families a simpler, more predictable way to plan daycare without a large upfront purchase.
The 4-Day Monthly Membership is an auto-renewing monthly option that includes four daycare days per month at a discounted rate, making it easy to build daycare into your routine. It’s a great fit for families who come about once a week and want consistent value without committing to a larger pass.
If you need a few additional days in a given month, no problem. Extra days can be added at the same discounted rate, so you’re never locked in or short on flexibility.

Experiences
We’ve been expanding the fun, comfort, and enrichment side of the Club, creating experiences that give dogs more variety in their day and more options tailored to their individual needs.
Afternoon Recess
Fetch and Sunny Snuggles have been rolled into our new offering, Afternoon Recess. This updated experience combines the best parts of both while giving dogs a full hour instead of a twenty-minute session. Afternoon Recess is kept to a small, calm group with plenty of space to relax, play, fetch, sunbathe, or get cozy, depending on each dog’s style. It offers a true break from the energy of the yard and more time to enjoy the things dogs already loved.
Friday Date Night
Friday Date Night is designed for evenings when you want to go out and actually enjoy it, without worrying about rushing home or leaving your dog alone. Instead of cutting plans short or being forced into an overnight stay after 10 PM, your pup can stay with us until 11 PM and head home with you afterward.
Friday Date Night can be added onto a daycare day or booked as a standalone evening stay, just drop off by 6pm. Space is limited, and reservations must be made by Wednesday to guarantee a spot.
Treats and Add-Ons
You’ll also find a growing menu of treats and add-ons available during your dog’s stay, including Pup Cups, Peanut Butter Kongs, and our house-made Roast Pork and Gravy topper, which can be added to meals to make dinnertime feel a little more special.
For a bit of fun on your side, our Golden Goodie Bags are here, filled with treats, chews, and surprises. Every bag includes a winning ticket, and one lucky bag includes a Golden Ticket worth a free night of boarding.
Grooming Improvements
We’ve recently expanded our grooming program and now offer bathing seven days a week for the first time. Coming soon, we’ll be taking the next step by offering full grooms daily, giving you more flexibility and easier scheduling throughout the week.
We’re also introducing Tidy Up, our new quick clean option focused on face and tail. Tidy Up includes a light brush, quick wipe down, and spritz, and is perfect for dogs heading home from boarding who need a freshen-up between baths.

We’re excited for everything already taking shape and everything still to come. With Goose, new experiences, grooming upgrades, and the introduction of monthly memberships, these changes mark a meaningful step forward for The Hounds Club.
